Congratulations, Maya!

During Maya's previous role, she was part of a team that evaluated "changes in self-reported ratings of research abilities among a cohort of undergraduate students who participated in a summer research program." The program was supported by the Human Biomolecular Atlas Program (HuBMAP) as a way to offer firsthand research experiences to undergraduates across the country. Some of the work here in the Laronda Lab is funded by HuBMAP so we're very grateful for Maya's continued participation with the consortium. This work was just published as a preprint in JMIR Formative Research!

Check out her work below!
